History, cont

Adjacent to the Main Street front was another small store known as Neville’s Jewelry Store which had closed in 2003. This building had been owned by Dollar General Store for many years and was then used as a storage building when the jewelry store closed. In November of 2006, we were able to purchase the property with another loan from the same bank with a line of credit again with personal guarantee signatures of each of the corporate members.

Extensive renovation to the 1200 SF first floor included a new HVAC system, new electric wiring plus CAT5 for video and internet. The unfinished 800 SF second floor with a separate outside entrance is a perfect studio size overlooking the huge mouth of Hidden River Cave. This building is currently leased to Sim's Studio and Art Gallery.
